Paperback. Last Chance Gulch in Helena, Montana, during 10 winter days in December 2025 through the eyes of 79 year old John makes us realize, as imperfect as we all are, that the future of our democracy lies in caring for each other, and thinking for ourselves at every level, all at the same time. The entire world has become our community and we need the insights of our artists and teachers more now than ever before. This item is printed on demand. The dedication of this book to the women off Montana is not a small thing. They do all the things we take for granted. They raise our kids, make our towns and non-profits work and they have good heads on their shoulders. Montana women have the unique ability to, in a nice way, tell the men in their lives to get their heads up, look around and stop grousing, We need everyone on deck to get our country out of the current slump.
