About the Author: Helen and Kate Richardson-Walsh represented their country, playing hockey for 17 years, culminating in that epic Golden finale on a balmy night in Rio at the 2016 Olympic Games. Well known figures in media and television, they appear as regulars on BBC Radio 5 Live sports panel shows with hosts Elly Oldroyd and Colin Murray.
