About the Author
Annie Page is a coach and trainer who works with passion, energy and flexibility to "develop the potential within". A qualified NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) trainers trainer, master practitioner and coaching master, she also holds a level 2 qualification with UKA (United Kingdom Athletics) for endurance running.
Annie says: "One of my favourite quotes is by Arthur C Clarke - 'The limits of the possible can only be defined by going beyond them into the impossible.' Whether I'm coaching business leaders, people within sport or other individuals there is always more within us than we realise and I love working with people as they discover their potential and achieve their outcomes.
My running is my passion and it is great when you see people run a distance they didn't think they could, get a new personal best or conquer a hill that had previously had them beat. Running also has another upside which means I can indulge in another passion of mine - chocolate!"
