Synopsis:

Bruce Lee's original art (wing chun) and the art he developed (jeet kune do) are compared by Lee's associates. Includes stances and footwork, hand and leg techniques, tactics, and self-defense.

About the Author:

William Cheung is the grandmaster of wing chun kung fu, a doctor of Chinese medicine, and the creator of a healing program called Cheung’s Meridian Therapy. With 55 years of experience in wing chun, Cheung continues to pass his knowledge on to the public through books, instructional DVDs, and seminars. Ted Wong began practicing jeet kune do in 1967 at Bruce Lee’s training hall in Los Angeles. Lee took him in as a private student and workout partner, and he became one of only four people to have been personally trained by Bruce Lee and groomed for instructorship.
