In a magical world brimming with wonder and mystery, seven glowing lanterns hold the power to illuminate life’s most important virtues. Scattered across a whimsical forest, these lanterns are waiting to be discovered by curious and courageous children who are seeking answers to their struggles.
Each lantern glows brighter when its lesson is learned, guiding its finder toward growth, understanding, and connection.
- A timid hedgehog learns that bravery means moving forward despite fear.
- A grumpy raccoon discovers that a small act of kindness can brighten even the darkest days.
- A group of friends trapped in a labyrinth unlocks the power of imagination to find their way out.
- A young fox is taught empathy by seeing the world through another's eyes.
- A determined bear learns that resilience comes from embracing failure as part of the journey.
- A mismatched team of animals repairs a lantern together, discovering the magic of teamwork.
- A spoiled rabbit realizes the importance of gratitude when the world dims without it.
Each chapter in Threads in the Quiet: Lessons from the Lanterns explores timeless life lessons wrapped in the glow of magical realism, encouraging young readers to embrace virtues like bravery, kindness, creativity, empathy, resilience, teamwork, and gratitude.
Full of heart, wonder, and unforgettable characters, this book is a journey through the light we carry within us - and how it can illuminate the world around us.
Perfect for readers aged 8–12, Lessons from the Lanterns is a collection of stories that will inspire, enchant, and stay with readers long after the final page.
