PHILIP JURAS, a native of Augusta, Georgia, received a BFA and a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia.

DALLMEYER is a faculty member of the Environmental Ethics Certificate Program at the University of Georgia and is also the associate director of the University of Georgia's Dean Rusk Center of International, Comparative, and Graduate Legal Studies.
