A Path to Recover Your Masculine Heart.
God designed men to be powerful. Simply look at the dreams and desires written in the heart of every boy: to be a hero, a warrior, to love a beauty, to live a life of adventure. But sometime between boyhood and the struggles of yesterday, most men lose heart. All those passions, dreams, and desires get buried under deadlines, pressure, and disappointment.
In this provocative video study and guide, bestselling author John Eldredge reveals how you can reverse this trend and enter into wholeheartedness through the:
- Recovery of your warrior heart. Move beyond society’s confusing expectations of what a man should be and uncover who God truly created you to be.
- Healing the wounds and trauma of your story. Find a safe space to address the hidden hurts and disappointments that often hold men back from fully living.
- Pursuit of adventure, battle, and beauty. Reconnect with the deep, God-given desire for adventure and risk that resides in your soul. Instead of suppressing these instincts, you will learn how to channel your passion and energy into a life of meaningful pursuit.
- Delighting in the strength and wildness you’re created to offer the world. Gain the spiritual insight needed to answer the question, "What am I here for?"

Video Sessions
- The Heart of a Man (19 minutes) The series begins by exploring the core desires of the masculine heart—battle, adventure, and beauty—rooted in God's design for men. John invites viewers on a transformative journey to rediscover their true identity and purpose as men created in God's image.
- The Poser (19 minutes) "Do I have what it takes?" is the core question of the masculine soul. John explores how fear of exposure and the search for validation shape men's lives, encouraging a journey to uncover true strength and authenticity.
- The Wound (20 minutes) Men carry wounds, often stemming from unmet needs for love and validation from their fathers. John highlights the journey of healing these wounds through honesty, faith, and the restoration of the heart by God.
- Session 4 The Battle (20 minutes) Spiritual warfare is real. You must learn to recognize and resist the enemy's lies. Through personal stories, John encourages breaking harmful agreements and embracing hope, leading to the restoration of the warrior heart and a life of purpose and connection.
- Session 5 The Beauty (21 minutes) Men have a deep longing for love and validation, particularly in relationships with women. John emphasizes the importance of understanding a woman's heart, fighting for her with courage and resilience, and finding true fulfillment through connection and selfless love.
- Session 6 The Adventure (21 minutes) Adventure has a transformative power to shape a man's soul. John teaches on the importance of risk-taking, trust in God's guidance, and the journey from boyhood to manhood, encouraging men to embrace their unique roles in God's larger story.
