From the Author
After three weeks of bliss in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, I was depressed at the thought of returning to the city. I knew I had to find a way to connect that deeply with nature in my everyday life. I spent the next ten years experimenting, and yes, in Wild Communion you will find simple communing exercises you can use on a week's trip in the wilderness or on a half-hour lunch break in your local park. You will also read what goes on in my head and heart and body as I use these exercises to commune. Come with me. Find peace, bliss and lessons in nature.
