The author of this book Dr. Ayla Çevik (pronounced as Chevik), was born in Kırıkkale in 1952 and completed her primary school in this city. She graduated fromTED Ankara High School in 1970. She received her bachelor degree in architecture in 1974 and masters degree in 1977 from the Department of Architecture of Middle East Technical University. She completed her Ph. D. studies at University of Dokuz Eylül in 1989 with a thesis on 3Dimensional Imaging. She became an associate professor of architecture after a national exam in 1995.
Dr. Ayla Çevik worked as an assistant at departments of Civil Engineering and Architecture of ADMMA between 1974-81 and as an assistant, assistant professor and associate professor at DEU between 1981-97. She taught architectural and basic design at EMU, Northern Republic of Cyprus during 1999-2002. The author has many articles published in architectural journals and 2 books "Peter Eisenman-Tadao Ando: Human-SpaceNature Relations in the Cultures of East and West" and "Transcending Thinking With Transcendental Meditation" in Turkish. She has one national and one European patent.
She became a teacher of Transcendental Meditation in 2005 which she had learned as she was working on her Ph. D. thesis in 1986. She served as a TM teacher since that year and run the Ankara TM Center enjoying to teach people how to transcend until 2017. She has many published articles on the benefits of this natural and easy mental technique of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
