Why Your Business Is Bleeding is the marketing intervention small business owners have been avoiding. No theory. No jargon. No motivational fluff. Just a blunt, data-driven diagnosis of exactly what's wrong — and the simplest possible system to fix it.
Written for the expert in their craft who was never taught marketing or business systems, this book reads like a no-BS consultant sitting across the table telling you what every "yes-person" won't.
Inside, you'll learn how to:

- Build an offer so clear customers decide in under a minute
- Get out of your own way — because you might be the bottleneck
Backed by real client turnarounds and real data, this is the playbook for owners who are done guessing and ready to fix what's broken.
