Paperback. Sheila Perry-Calvert was young, beautiful, classy, and meek. She was a pastor's wife, a beautiful and adored "First Lady". Everything she was expected to be, Mrs. Perry-Calvert was. Beneath the beautiful garments, and the incredible smile she carried the pains of a past scarred by abuse. In her memoir, she speaks candidly about the struggles of growing up in an abusive and dysfunctional family. Mrs. Perry-Calvert boldly exposes the psychological horrors of dealing with abuse in almost every form. Through it all, her amazing transformation from a young girl to a woman proves that anyone can overcome life's worst situations. Her transformation was accomplished by a relentless faith and perseverance in God. This book will change the lives of those who make the investment to read it. She is a voice for those who are often overlooked and severely misrepresented. This item is printed on demand.
