Why Not Me?. This item is unavailable. Why Not Me?

"Why Not Me?" (this book) shows how the author is distilling substance from sludge in his quest for growth to be a better version of himself, one who is at peace with the self, in harmony with others and nature; one who accepts that life is not in full bloom without challenges; one whose resolve, spirituality, and faith are not suspect; one who doesn't wallow in victimhood, the perceived unfairness of life or its inauspiciousness; and one who asks why not me?" instead of "why me?," understanding that as humans we are a repository of resources to take on life's challenges that can eventually grant us growth and desirable fulfillment in life. This kind of growth or fulfillment is atypical; it is non-material, straightforward, and basic. It is "life worth," not "net worth."
