THIS BOOK was PUBLISHED OVER TEN YEARS AGO - SEARCH FOR THE 2 ND EDITION - for the latest updates. (The Amazon publishing date above is NOT correct but Amazon algorithms don’t allow that wrong date to be changed) – This first edition of Whole Body Vibration: The Future of Good Health was the best-selling book on this booming exercise and health system for ten years after it was published 2013. THE SECOND EDITION HAS JUST BEEN RELEASED - please be sure to SEARCH AMAZON FOR THE SECOND EDITION for the latest developments in research, benefits, and machines, along with all of the original information (see below). Search for "Whole Body Vibration: The Future of Good Health, Second Edition" - look for the WHITE AND GREEN COVER - not this black and green first edition cover.
In the first edition, whole body vibration expert Becky Chambers, addressed the devastating health crises of 2020 and how whole body vibration was able to rapidly strengthen your body and mind, and boost your immune system. Included in this book are expanded guidelines with 30 photos of exercise, massage, and stretching positions;
research; and a guide to the myriad whole body vibration machines now available.
Whole Body Vibration is now widely-accepted as a fountain of youth that is often missing from our busy and sedentary lifestyles. As hard as it is to believe without actually experiencing it, ten minutes of WBV training will give you the benefits of one hour of conventional weight lifting, including increased muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, coordination, balance, and weight loss. These benefits alone are enough to drive WBV's great popularity, but, in fact, they are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the total effect on health and well-being.
WBV boosts energy, mood, sleep, and libido, all while increasing muscle strength, bone density, balance, and flexibility. It helps you lose weight and provides physical therapy for many joint and mobility issues.
In an engaging and accessible style, Chambers presents well-documented books that include additional resources for the reader. Whole Body Vibration provides the answers you have been seeking to achieve wellness on every level.
Chambers has also written Whole Body Vibration for Seniors, SECOND EDITION, Whole Body Vibration for Calming Inflammation, SECOND EDITION, Whole Body Vibration for Mental Health, and Homeopathy Plus Whole Body Vibration.
Further books are on the way: Energy Healing for Pets, Whole Body Vibration for Strong Muscles, Bones, and Joints, Whole Body Vibration for Children.
