Larger book, darker red cloth with illustration of grain at bottom front right, black lettering on front and spine very fine, top tip of first front end paper neatly cut off (removal of owner's name?), 177 heavy pages, including a glossy photo section in early pages. Facsimile signature of Francis Cardinal Spellman after Preface. DJ glossy with a purple tinted photo of an arch into Chinese town in Japanese -occupied Manchukuo. DJ white spine and back very slightly soiled, tiny tears and nicks at most edges. Fair DJ/Fine book.
