Paperback. What happens when your home-the place meant to protect you-quietly begins to make you sick? After moving into a modern home that looked clean, well built, and safe, subtle but persistent changes began to appear. Sleep disruption. Cognitive fog. Emotional shifts. A child who no longer seemed like herself. Test after test came back "normal," yet something felt deeply wrong. When Your Home Makes You Sick is a first-person account of navigating unexplained symptoms and the often-overlooked role indoor environments can play in health. Rather than offering protocols or diagnoses, this book explores mold, mycotoxins, and environmental stress through lived experience-what it's like to exist in the space between symptoms and certainty when answers are slow or incomplete.Written with honesty and restraint, this book offers validation and perspective for anyone who feels better outside their home but can't explain why, and for those who have been told everything is fine when their lived experience says otherwise. You are not imagining this. And you are not alone.
