When Choosing Yourself Feels Lonely is a guided reflection workbook for the woman who is learning how to stand firm in her healing, even when the quiet feels heavy.
Choosing yourself can be one of the bravest decisions you make, but it can also feel lonely in the beginning. It may require you to release old patterns, stop explaining your worth, honor your boundaries, and walk away from what once felt familiar but no longer feels safe. This workbook was created for that tender middle place, where peace is growing, but the ache of letting go still visits.
Through reflection stories, guided questions, gentle reminders, healing resets, and deeper writing prompts, Latonya Ellis offers a compassionate space for emotional honesty, self-awareness, and inner restoration. These pages are designed to help you slow down, listen to yourself, understand your feelings, and remember that choosing yourself does not mean you are selfish, cold, or alone.
It means you are learning how to stop abandoning yourself.
Whether you are healing from emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, unhealthy attachment, painful relationships, or the fear of being misunderstood, this workbook will gently guide you back to your peace, your voice, your boundaries, and your wholeness.
This is not just a workbook about letting go.
It is a workbook about coming home to yourself.
