We all are work in progress as Paul stated in Philippians 3:12-14 (NKJV); “Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of GOD in Christ Jesus.”

To use the words of Jeremiah, we are like clay in the hands of The Potter, but there are three key instruments that the Great Potter, even Father GOD, utilizes to perfect us into the vessels He ordained by His determinate counsel are: The inner workings of The Holy Spirit who searches our hearts, minds and attitudes to reveal where we have fallen short of His glory. Secondly, the LORD uses what we have passed through to teach us His ways when, after passage of time we are able to, by the workings of the same Holy Spirit see how poorly we handled situations. Thus convicted, repentance is occasioned and we are able to move forward wiser and better. The third instrument is the Word. The Word has extreme capacity to search out and bring substantial transformation in our lives.

Hebrews 4:12-13 (NKJV); “For the Word of GOD is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”

For this reason, we need to be open continually to the ministry of the Holy Spirit, our experiences and The Word of YAH.
It is needful therefore for us not to allow our past to trap the future!

That is to say, whatever our experiences have been in the area of marriage, we must not allow our personal perspectives derived there from to filter the Word or constrain the work of the Holy Spirit. As Sons of YAH, our attitude is: “LORD, your Word is true!”

Therefore, we will allow our lives and experiences to be dealt with by the Word while we are yet alive so that we will approach the end of the age and His soon appearance without avoidable baggage and fear. The Blood, after all is still powerful enough to deal with every sin and infraction against the ordinance of The Kingdom. This is to say: if any of us experienced bad patches or downright “failure” in marriage, knowledge of the Truth will not condemn us but will enable us to discover the truth that sets free.

John 8:32, 36 (NKJV); “32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 36 Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”

Yeshua laid out the degree of unity He called His Body to operate in John 17: 11, 20-23 (NKJV); “11 Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are. 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”

Right of withdrawal

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Ria Christie Collections, Uxbridge, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
