A guided daily journal for teenagers that enables them to create a time capsule of favourite memories.
This teen journal is the perfect place for them to record the details of their life today, reflect on their goals and dreams, and create a keepsake journal they can look back on for years to come.
With a variety of thought-provoking prompts and activities sprinkled throughout a familiar journal format, What I Want Me to Know is a resource that allows teenagers space for reflection and self-searching, enabling them to understand themselves – and their environments – a little better each day.
A daily reflection journal perfect for giving teens space to better understand themselves:
- A year of journaling: Record one line a day, answer two insightful questions each week, and write a letter to your future self each month for a full year.
- A wide variety of topics: From favourite memories to personal heroes and plans for the future, this journal will get you thinking about who you are and who you want to become.
- A perfect gift: Give this journal to any teen as they move through the major milestones of growing up, whether it's a graduation, a Sweet 16, or just for fun.
Encourage teens to explore their hopes and dreams and create a special memento with this daily journal. Writing to your future self is the perfect way for teens to remember who they were in the year to come, and remind them of what was important to them during their formative years.
