SEVEN STRENGTHS YOU ALREADY HAVE TO BEGIN LEADING TODAY
Young people have the capacity to make a difference now, but they don’t always know it.
Sadly, many young adults today move through their twenties and still have trouble
#adulting. What Are You Waiting For? motivates young leaders to start leading in God’s
kingdom today so that they don’t miss out on some of their most significant years of
impact.
Author Josh Branham knows that young people don’t have to wait to change the world.
Josh was by far the youngest in the room when he volunteered to lead a church plant in
Boise, ID. Today, that congregation is thriving, with a powerful vision for kingdom
multiplication.
You don’t want to wait to lean into significance until your most energetic years are
behind you. What Are You Waiting For? will help you:
- Leverage seven strengths you already have and build upon them.
- Identify leadership weaknesses and learn how to grow in those areas.
- Implement healthy life rhythms that allow you to make a difference for years to come.
Without young leaders we have no future. Branham has put in your hands a powerful
tool with seven principles to help you coach up young leaders.
Mark E. Moore, PhD, author of Core 52 and Teaching Pastor at Christ’s Church of
the Valley.
Josh has masterfully written this book in a way that will inspire, equip, and empower
generations of young leaders to come.
Alice Matagora, author of How to Save the World: Disciplemaking Made Simple
What Are You Waiting For? is a book you’ll actually read due to its winsome style, but
more importantly, reading it will cause you to reflect more seriously on what God may
be teaching you on your own journey if you have the ears to hear.
Peyton Jones, author of Church Plantology, Founder of NewBreed Training, and co-
host of the Church Planter Podcast.
JOSH BRANHAM is the Lead Pastor of Hill City Church in Boise, Idaho. He studied
preaching at Boise Bible College and later earned his Master of Arts in Christian Ministry
from Grand Canyon University. Josh enjoys training for marathons, exploring new trails,
and spending quality time with his wife, Shaina, and their three daughters.
