About the Author: My name is Kim Delmar Cory and, by happenstance, I was born in 1954 which is the same year as the setting of this book. I am a retired educator who lives in Michigan with her husband, two dogs, Mackinac Lee and Murphy (AKA Monkey Butt), and a naughty cat named Thackery Binx.
