Print on Demand. This book lays out the terms of President Woodrow Wilson and his administration for joining World War I. Particularly, Wilson outlines his plan for registering and conscripting American men for service in the war effort, arguing that this was necessary because the enemy had changed "the face of war" by arming entire nations. He thus reasons that the U.S. needs to call upon all men to serve their country, and that each man should serve in the role which benefits the war effort most. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
