Neuware - Austin Woodman has spent his life avoiding waves. As the son of a respected leader in the small town of Hopewell, Michigan, he knows how to smile, stay quiet, and keep the peace. With his two best friends-Lucas, a musically gifted orphan, and Bree, the sharp-tongued granddaughter of a real estate mogul-he's counting down the days until he can leave town for good. But everything shifts when a red-headed farm boy falls into his world, forcing Austin to question not just his future-but his family's legacy, and his own identity. Set over the course of their junior year, West Rome is a coming-of-age story about friendship, love, abuse, addiction, faith, and quiet resistance. Sometimes, the bravest rebellions don't make noise-they whisper the truth.
