Paperback. There are days when simply breathing feels heavy. And there are days when a quiet, almost unnoticed light enters that heaviness-not to save us, but to help us remain. The Weight and the Light is a contemplative poetry collection that moves gently between burden and hope, despair and endurance. Written in clear, restrained language, these poems trace the inner landscapes of modern life: exhaustion, longing, faith, loneliness, memory, and the fragile will to keep going.Structured in six thematic parts-The Weight We Carry, Cracks in the Self, Longing and the Echoes of Memory, Roads and Drift, Turning Toward Light, and Hope and Quiet Beginnings-the collection offers an emotional journey rather than isolated pieces. Each poem stands alone, yet together they form a steady arc from heaviness toward a softened, earned light. This book does not offer easy consolation or grand answers. Instead, it sits beside the reader-allowing space to breathe, to feel understood, and to rest for a moment. The light here is not loud or triumphant; it is quiet, patient, and real. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…
