Have you been a Christian for years but still struggle to explain what you actually believe?
You go to church. You read Scripture. You pray. You believe. And yet, when deeper questions come up, you may still feel unsure.
• Could you explain the Trinity clearly?
• Do you know why the Bible can be trusted?
• Can you describe what actually happened on the cross?
• Do words like justification, sanctification, atonement, and glorification feel familiar but hard to define?
• Have you ever felt like theology was important, but somehow out of reach?
You are not alone.
Many faithful Christians pick up doctrine in pieces: a sermon here, a Bible study there, a conversation, a podcast, a verse that finally makes sense. Over time, you may have built a sincere faith, but not always a clear one.
This workbook was created to give you the structure you may have been missing.
52 Week Systematic Theology Workbook for Adults walks you through the core doctrines of the Christian faith one week at a time, in plain language, with Scripture at the center and real life always in view.
This is not a dry theology textbook.
It is a practical, guided workbook for adults who want to understand the faith they have carried for years, without needing a seminary degree to begin.
Inside, you will work through 8 major areas of Christian doctrine, including:
• The authority, reliability, clarity, and sufficiency of Scripture• Who God is and what His attributes reveal about His character
• The Trinity in language you can actually understand
• Creation, humanity, sin, angels, and the spiritual world
• The person of Christ, the cross, the resurrection, and why they matter
• Grace, faith, election, justification, adoption, sanctification, and salvation
• The work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer
• The church, worship, baptism, communion, spiritual gifts, judgment, and eternity
Each weekly lesson includes:
• A focused doctrine or topic• Key Bible passages
• Clear teaching in accessible language
• Reflection questions that move beyond surface-level answers
• Practical application for daily Christian life
• A short prayer to help turn study into worship
This workbook is for you if:
• You love God but have always felt intimidated by theology• You want to understand your faith instead of only living inside it
• You need a study plan that is structured but not overwhelming
• You have started theology books before and never finished them
• You want to answer hard questions with more confidence
• You are looking for a year-long Bible study you can actually complete
• You want doctrine to shape your decisions, your worship, your prayer life, and your view of God
The goal is not to collect religious information.
The goal is to know God more clearly, read Scripture with greater confidence, and see how the major truths of the Christian faith fit together.
One week at a time, you will move from scattered pieces to a fuller picture.
If you have ever sat in church and quietly wondered, “Do I really understand what I believe?” this workbook was written for you.
Open the first week.Bring your Bible.
Begin building a faith that is clearer, deeper, and more firmly rooted in the Word of God.
