- Book 1 of 1: eXp Realty: The Wealthy Agent and 95/5 Rev Share Training System
The Wealthy Agent explores the history of these disrupters which include the RE/MAX and Keller Williams stories and why eXp Realty is now disrupting with record numbers. From just 500 agents in 2015 to over 86,000 by Nov 2022.
Technology has re-shaped many industries, including how BlockBuster, a once thriving industry leader with 9000 stores was bankrupted by Netflix, a new model that eliminated bricks and mortar.
Canadian tech genius and real estate entrepreneur, Glenn Sanford launched eXp Realty with a new model for agents that was designed to solve the main pain points of our industry.
By leveraging technology and eliminating bricks and mortar and franchise fees, Glenn was able to create the ultimate model for agents.
The Wealthy Agent provides readers with a detailed explanation of the eXp story and how this unique model with agent ownership and company revenue share is revolutionizing the industry.
