Add to basketIn an age shaped by religious pluralism and philosophical relativism, Christianity's claim to be uniquely true is often dismissed as narrow, outdated, or culturally conditioned. The One Way confronts this dismissal directly, asking a question modern discourse prefers to avoid: if all religions seek God, on what grounds can Christianity claim that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone?
Matthew Sardon approaches this question through philosophical reasoning, theological analysis, and historical reflection. Rather than comparing religious systems at the level of ethics or spiritual experience, the book examines the deeper metaphysical and anthropological problem common to all religions: the rupture between the finite human person and the infinite God. Sardon argues that while many traditions offer moral insight or spiritual aspiration, none resolve this rupture at its root.
At the center of the book is a sustained examination of the Incarnation. Christianity's uniqueness, Sardon contends, does not rest on superior teaching but on an unprecedented claim: that God Himself entered history, assumed human nature, and acted decisively to heal sin and conquer death. No prophet, philosopher, or spiritual guide can accomplish what only the Creator can-bridge eternity and time, heaven and earth, God and humanity.
Written with scholarly restraint and theological depth, The One Way presents a reasoned defense of Christianity's central confession: that truth is not merely something to be sought, but Someone who revealed Himself. For readers seeking a serious, intellectually grounded account of why Christianity insists on Christ as the definitive revelation of God, this work offers a clear and uncompromising case.
