Green boards with black lettering to the spine and gold lettering to the front. Lightly marked to the boards and some fading along the top edge. Spotting to the closed page edges only. Lengthy gift inscription in blue ink to the inside front board, dated Xmas 1956, stating that "the art of good cooking is the best of them all". Rubbing, chipping, tears, and the top edge missing to the marked pictorial unclipped dust wrapper. Now in a new removable protective clear sleeve. No further inscriptions, 264pp. Clean and bright pages throughout. (Any digital image available on request).
