nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - How do you build a life of accomplishment when you aren't driven by fear When Bruk, a twenty-year-old student at USC, asked Alander Pulliam how he achieved his success, he expected a story of struggle and external pressure. Instead, Alander told him about the dirt. Growing up in Arkansas, Alander discovered that life isn't a race to be won, but a garden to be nurtured. In this deeply personal book, Alander breaks down his 'Effectuated Process'-a mindset where curiosity replaces anxiety and the joy of the 'tiny sprout' replaces the need for material validation. By weaving together stories of childhood watermelon patches and the natural accumulation of a simple piggy bank, Alander provides a powerful antidote to the burnout and insecurity of today's generation. The Watermelon Seed is an invitation to stop running from failure and start walking toward discovery, proving that when you focus on the growth, the outcome takes care of itself.…
