lxix, [1], 131 p., frontispiece portrait of Daniel Webster; 15 cm. Brown cloth with gilt spine and cover titles. Series title on front cover: Macmillan's Pocket Classics. Series list on 2 preliminary pages for Macmillan's Pocket American and English Classics. Former owner's name on front free endpaper, Leah Pohzehl, who wrote a quote from Lowell's vision of Sir Lancelot on the back free endpaper. In Very Good- Condition: lacking gilt from spine title; faint stain on front cover; loss from lower edge of pp. 41-42, without loss of text; scattered pencil marks; otherwise, clean and tight.
