Beverages. Carving. Table Service. Quantities for entertaining. Preparing menus etc. Really interesting cookery book, great section on 'the art of using up'. Cheap and nutritious food. Condition: Nick on front cover top edge - see my pic. Spine & corner rub, cloth thinning on corners. o/p because of weight of book beginning to pull, webbing visible. P137-140 tear in central margin edge, piece missing, but does not affect text. Opening pages, tanning blotches. Outer edge of pages collectively discoloured with age.
