Add to basketWarfare and Insight Series is a book of discernment. Written by accountant‑turned‑strategic thinker Peter Chung, this work unveils the hidden architecture behind global conflict, financial deception, and spiritual warfare. Drawing from Chinese history, biblical wisdom, accounting logic, and modern geopolitics, it exposes the illusions that shape nations and the unseen forces that shape lives.
Across fifteen penetrating chapters, Chung weaves together:
the fall of empires and the rise of new powers
the fragility of financial systems and the illusion of economic strength
the psychology of warfare from Sun Tzu to Pearl Harbor
the moral cost of compromise in leadership and governance
the prophetic patterns behind America’s decline and China’s ascent
the spiritual battles fought in silence, conscience, and covenant
From the chained fleet at Red Cliffs to the vaults of modern banks, from Jephthah’s vow to the collapse of the Song Dynasty, from Napoleon’s escape to the digital wars of the twenty‑first century. This book reveals a single truth:
Warfare is no longer fought only with weapons. It is fought with perception, systems, deception, and the tongue.
Blending the precision of an accountant with the insight of a historian and the discernment of a believer, Chung offers a rare, multidisciplinary lens that speaks to:
readers of geopolitics and global affairs
Christians seeking prophetic clarity
thinkers drawn to Chinese strategy and history
leaders navigating complexity and moral tension
anyone who senses that the world is shifting beneath their feet
This is a book of clarity, courage, and covenant.
If you want to understand the unseen forces shaping our age and the spiritual truths that outlast every empire — this book will open your eyes.
