Have you ever felt that God is wasting your life with inexplicable waiting?
God has put a dream in your heart—for your future, your family, your finances, or a dynamic ministry—and now you are ready to step forward in faith to bring that dream to fruition.
Or, are you? Inexplicably, God gave you a divine call and then seemed to disappear, leaving you in a holding pattern. You may be wondering what’s next as you wait for Him to come through on His promises.
After serving faithfully in various ministries in his native Natchez, Mississippi, Pastor Erick W. Hoskin sensed God’s call to a preaching ministry. He served as Assistant Pastor at the Fellowship of Redeeming Truth Church before founding the Word of God Christian Fellowship in Cypress, Texas. “Pastor E” is also the founder of the Real Men Standing Up ministry and a popular guest speaker at churches, schools, and conferences.
In this book, Pastor Hoskin shares lessons from the waiting seasons in his own life. You will discover how to:
– Identify and eliminate obstacles blocking your blessing
– Cut loose the relationships that are holding you back from God’s plan
– Grasp the beauty of God’s perfect timing
– Embrace your identity in Christ as a new creation
Plus, each chapter includes application-focused questions and action steps that will help you focus on serving God as you prepare to experience the blessings He has in store for you.
Far from being wasted time, a season of waiting is an opportunity to put your faith into practice in anticipation of God’s future plans for your life. Begin reading The Waiting Season today and challenge yourself to become your best now—so you can be ready for God’s best when it comes!
