Paperback. Silas Storm rides into Maverick Valley expecting trouble - but not a conspiracy woven straight through the town's institutions. When black-masked riders strike under cover of darkness, leaving behind a sinister silver dollar, the Wyoming Whirlwind follows the trail into booby-trapped canyons, outlaw hideouts, and a saloon where every smile hides a lie. As stolen deeds, secret signals, and a ticking device point toward a mastermind hiding in plain sight, Silas must expose corruption at the very heart of the valley before the gang seizes everything. A masked ranger, a crooked sheriff, and a gambler called The Viper collide in a high-speed showdown atop a runaway locomotive - and Maverick Valley will never be the same.
