The book includes:
-
- Professional & Personal Life Planner: Organize your daily gratitude, positive self-talk, healthy meals, expenses, and stress levels.
- The 7-Shifts Schedule: Balance early bird or night owl shifts to maximize productivity.
- A Writer's Pocket Notebook: 50 dedicated pages (9-59) for capturing fleeting ideas on the go.

Whether you're battling writer's block or seeking structure, Lampert's wisdom proves: Every thought in your head was put there by a writer-now it's your turn to run the world.
