Idioma/Language: Inglés. While it does not receive the same media attention as the NBA, the WNBA plays a distinct role in american sports culture. Founded in the late 1990s, the WNBA was the first instance of a professional women's league with full backing of the NBA. This book introduces the original teams and star athletes of the WNBA before turning to the current teams. The Women's Professional Basketball League (its predecessor) is also discussed as are league rules and regulations, playoff structure and more. Project Webster represents a new publishing paradigm, allowing disparate content sources to be curated into cohesive, relevant, and informative books. To date, this content has been curated from Wikipedia articles and images under Creative Commons licensing, although as Project Webster continues to increase in scope and dimension, more licensed and public domain content is being added. We believe books such as this represent a new and exciting lexicon in the sharing of human knowledge. *** Nota: Los envíos a España peninsular, Baleares y Canarias se realizan a través de mensajería urgente.
