Some edgewear and separation to cloth covering spine, but the binding is very very tight. Book measures 10 1/4" by 8". Unpaginated. Cover shows children in brightly-colored clothing ice skating on a pond. One of the six offerings in the GOOD CHEER SERIES, containing poetry, games, stories, puzzles, history. Paper is thick and the pages are just loaded with the things our great grandmothers and grandfathers thrilled to, before Nintendo and Facebook. THE BEST THING about this book, however, is the absolutely fabulous color frontis of Santa Claus flying in on his present-laden sled, over the rooftops and landing on one ready to dispense gifts. Pretty near frameable, and a lovely, charming gift unto itself.
