Strong vertical fold-line at center of entire booklet; covers well rubbed and soiled with creasing; slender tearing and abrasion along spine fold; front cover curled at top fore-edge corner with small chip at bottom corner. Toning to interior leaves. Some rust to staples but binding is holding. Only a good copy but the leadoff issue in what is quite likely a scarce if not rare student fraternal publication.
