WHEN HEAVEN IS SILENT. This item is unavailable.WHEN HEAVEN IS SILENT

In When Heaven Is Silent, Dr. Ed Montgomery masterfully grapples with the problem of how to maintain faith in the midst of crisis. With disarming candor, he reveals how God has worked in his own life, empowering him to take the necessary and sometimes painful steps along the path to healing and wholeness.

This poignant narrative offers much more than catharsis. The author's keen ability to provoke deep thought brings his reader face to face with the limitations of human wisdom. Knowing full well how a person's faith may falter when all seems lost, Pastor Montgomery gently and skillfully guides the reader to just the right scriptures-the principles and promises that set forth the sovereignty of God and make known His unfailing love. He also leads the way for persevering in prayer and pressing on in faith, even when it seems that heaven is silent; and he demonstrates how asking tough questions can result in divine breakthrough.
