This is the biography of a great man, from small beginnings Viscount Cowdray raised the firm of S Pearson & Son to the highest place among the Engineering firms of the world. 8vo, Pp, xi, [1] 316. all illustrations / maps correct. Original navy boards , paste down front and rear have offsetting , Title page foxed as is the most of the interior of the book & the fore edges. but all though their is a fair amount of foxing the book is tight and without any thing missing.Dust Jacket fair ,with title in black on front and spine which is browned.This is a Presentation Copy to E.H.Weston by Viscount Cowdray in 1930.
