Add to basketThis is Volume II in the famous Cosmic Forces of Mu series. The copyright date is 1933 with no other dates or printings shown - the price on the dust jacket flap says $3.50 - this book is definitely old. The book is clean and solid and in Very Good condition. This is a hardcover book with blue cloth covers and 269 pages including many illustrations and a fold out map - there is a photograph of a Native American Chief on the page facing the title page. The pages are all clean and unmarked - the spine is strong with all pages firmly attached. The covers show some light edgewear, no other issues. The dust jacket has green covers with white circles. The DJ is about 90% intact with some fairly heavy chipping along the top front (not affecting any text). I have placed the DJ in a fresh mylar jacket and this scarce old book looks and feels great. NOTE there is also a laid in advertisement card from the author that explains he plans to write Cosmic Forces Vol. 3 and that he already has 200 pages of manuscript written. Not sure if that one ever got published? We always ship in a sturdy box.
