Nine women. Nine worlds. They have held it together for years. Not tonight.
Bestselling sapphic author Ruby Scott drew thirty-four women in their most intimate moments.
Volumes One and Two named the first sixteen. Here are the next nine.
O: Volume Three is a collection of nine erotic lesbian short stories, each one a woman in the unguarded moment she stops managing her desire and lets herself be known, and each paired with the original ink portrait that began her.
A woman who has dismissed three law firms and is made to wait twenty minutes by the
fourth.
A singer who owns the room and the stranger at the bar who never applauds.
A moving van, a house full of the wrong boxes, and a promise about every room in it.
An officer candidate at Fort Des Moines in August 1943 who has told nobody it is her birthday.
A sales director who has prepared for five weeks to meet a surgeon who will not be sold to.
An astronomer alone on a Hebridean island and the woman who sailed back for her at night, in February.
A furniture restorer and the client who returns her quote for being too low.
A borrowed house on the Spanish coast, a pool she has never got into, and thirty-one days left on the lease.
An air traffic controller on the tenth day of being kept, and the bookbinder wife who intends to take her apart.
This is character-driven sapphic romance in its most stripped-back, most intimate form.
Atmospheric, literary, and unapologetically hot, written for readers who want the unspoken finally made plain and the heat that comes when a contained woman lets herself be known.
Readers of lesbian fiction, sapphic short stories, and slow-burn-to-high-heat romance will love O.
Perfect for fans of:
- Slow burn to high heat
- Power-dynamic encounters and sapphic D/s
- Client, workplace and professional-boundary desire
- Age-gap encounters
- Denial, restraint and orgasm control
- Rope and light bondage
- Sapphic threesome
- Established couples and long marriages
- Wartime and historical settings
- Spanish, Scottish and island settings
If you've read the Awakening of Desire series and wanted to know what Ruby Scott can do in shorter form, O is the answer.
O: Volume Three is the third of four illustrated erotic lesbian anthologies. There are nine more women waiting.
Ruby Scott. Two-time Lesfic Bard Award winner. Two-time GCLS Goldie finalist.
