- Book 2 of 3: VOID OF RECKONING
Masterfully crafted by Larry Heck, ‘Void of Reckoning’ is a compelling, intricate tale of tenacity, set at a time leading up to 9-11 and the years beyond. Witches, demons, and a cast of other supernatural characters randomly lock horns in battles won and lost. In the ultimate display of human resilience, Heck’s adventure will satisfy the thirsts of anyone who believes in life after death, the powers of demons from hell, and perseverance of those who must fight them on their terms.
Lone Writer, LLC –Larry E Heck has now released the second book in a trilogy with gusto.
His creation, ‘Void of Reckoning’, may contain the demons, evil, and witches modern fantasy fans have grown to love, but it truly is wholly unique. It’s time to kick back in a favorite private place and be prepared to venture outside the world of reality.
Synopsis:
As a 15-year-old boy, Jason Quik witnessed his mother’s death by the hands of an evil killer. He took the life of that man thrusting his evil soul into the Void of Reckoning. In the meantime, an Afghan gangster had used verses from a forbidden netherworld book to cause a fracture in the evil side of that passage. The soul of the killer escaped through the fracture and possessed the body of an Afghan terrorist.
The merger of the evil soul with the gangster formed an entity with only one quest in mind. To destroy the young man and anyone else on Earth who interfered with evil killers previous activities. His escape from the Void of Reckoning was aided by a demon from netherworld.
Episode Two picks up during the sixth year after the merger. The evil spirit has developed a way to take over all the thermonuclear missiles on the planet. During that time, the boy has grown into a man hot on the path of the evil spirit. With his sidekick, Electra Davis, he thwarts the evil spirits efforts one after the other.
Jason Quik has adopted a daughter. A witch with connections to the Coven of Aeonian. With her help, he learned that he and Electra are descendants of historic warriors from a time an eon in the past.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
