About the Author:

Marion Angus and Violet Jacob were two significant poets of the early 20th century who provided an often neglected female thread to the Scottish literary renaissance. Katherine Gordonis is currently an assistant professor of English at St. Louis Community College in Missouri, and has written extensively on the works of Angus and Jacob.
