The Visual First Aid Handbook is a practical, easy-to-follow first aid book and emergency first aid guide for anyone who wants to know what to do when an injury or medical emergency happens at home, at work, while traveling, or outdoors.
Written in clear, simple language and supported by realistic, non-graphic visual instruction, this first aid manual takes you through the actions that matter most—from checking the scene and calling for help to giving CPR, using an AED, controlling severe bleeding, helping someone who is choking, and caring for common injuries.
Whether you are a parent, caregiver, teacher, traveler, workplace employee, outdoor enthusiast, or simply want stronger emergency preparedness skills, this visual first aid handbook gives you a reliable reference you can return to whenever you need it.
Inside you will learn how to handle:
- CPR and AED use for adults, children, and infants; choking and breathing emergencies; heart attack and stroke warning signs; severe bleeding, wound care, tourniquet use, shock, burns, fractures, sprains, strains, and head injuries; seizures, diabetic emergencies, fainting, anaphylaxis and epinephrine auto-injector use; poisoning, opioid overdose and naloxone; heat illness, hypothermia, frostbite, drowning, bites and stings; eye, ear, nose, and dental emergencies; baby and child first aid; home, workplace, travel, outdoor, and wilderness first aid; first aid kits, emergency supplies, safety planning, and knowing when urgent medical help is needed.
The book is designed for quick reading during stressful situations. Step-by-step sections, warning boxes, practical checklists, realistic first aid images, emergency action summaries, and quick-reference pages make important information easier to find and understand.
If you are looking for a basic first aid book, CPR first aid book, medical first aid reference, first aid training book, first aid for families, first aid for parents and caregivers, home first aid guide, workplace first aid manual, or outdoor and wilderness first aid reference, this handbook brings the essential information together in one organized volume.
You will also find practical guidance on bleeding control, wound care, fractures and sprains, shock, stroke first aid, seizure first aid, poisoning, allergic reactions, emergency preparedness, first aid kit supplies, child and infant first aid, travel safety, and outdoor emergencies.
Clear instructions. Practical emergency skills. Visual guidance you can use when it counts.
Keep The Visual First Aid Handbook at home, in the workplace, in your vehicle, or with your emergency supplies so essential first aid information is always within reach.
