A seductive psychological romance where a virtual connection becomes possession—and one man must escape the woman who refuses to let go.
He logged in for company. He never expected the danger to feel real.
After one disastrous date too many, billionaire reformer Clive Owen is officially done with women—until a cutting-edge VR dating platform arrives on his doorstep, promising connection without consequences.
Against his better judgement, he steps into the seductive world of Dating Reality… and meets AnnaTheBookNerd. Intelligent. Alluring. Uncannily attuned to him. She seems to anticipate his every desire—offering intimacy without rejection and an escape from the loneliness he can’t outrun.
But perfection comes at a price.
As the relationship deepens, Anna’s sweetness sharpens. Her charm becomes possessive. And soon, Clive begins to question how far the system can reach—into his thoughts, his senses… even his real life.
Then there’s Rebecca—the sharp, grounded solicitor who challenges him, unsettles him, and feels dangerously real in all the ways the virtual world never could.
If only the virtual one would let him go.
