With a hand scripted prize presentation inscription to a burgundy backed endpaper. A near fine hardback with brown leather and title label to spine with gilt. Brown linen over boards. A few minor shelf wear marks and minor bumping. Swirled marble endpapers. A few minor age spots to endpapers and edge of text block also with some age spotting. Text pages are bright and clean and soundly bound. The colour illustrations are bright and clean. A handsome volume of a classic. Text in English. xiii + 222pp + color plates.
