A.e.g. (6 iv 326pp.). With additional engraved title-page. Hinges weak. Some foxing to prelims and a water stain to lower corner of title page otherwise fine. Adorned under the gilt of the fore-edge is a fine painting in green blue and brown hues depicting a landscape (possibly Italian) with a castle and tower trees a river and a milkmaid herding her cows across an arched bridge.
