"As danger rises and love blooms, Claire must uncover the secrets about herself to save a kingdom."
Claire's relationship with King Talon is deepening, but the weight of duty has pulled him away. When she learns that she is the only one who can help Dragonwall's people against the Vodar, she embarks on a daring journey north, only to uncover dark forces at work. Kane is preparing for his next strike, and the fate of the kingdom hangs in the balance.
As Claire and Talon reunite under unexpected circumstances, they make a shocking discovery. Their bond is tested at the Tournament Ball, when passion and tension flare between them. But even as their romance blossoms, new threats loom on the horizon. With those threats come surprises, too. The sprites rally under a mysterious new leader, the reclusive dwargs reveal themselves, and alliances are forged in the most unexpected places.
Claire must continue to master her growing magical abilities and uncover secrets about herself if she is to stand against Kane's malevolent power. In a world teetering on the edge of destruction, Claire's destiny is more certain-and more dangerous-than ever.
Verath the Red is the third installment of the Dragonwall Series, where danger, discovery, and romance collide, propelling Claire toward a fate she's not sure she's ready to face-but one that will change everything.
