About this Item
This VG+ quality book was copyrighted in 1934 and published by the Goldsmith Publishing Company; it is 7-5/8" tall with 252 numbered pages of text. It is a format #1, as per Mattson & Davis. This book--with blue and white binding and black lettering--is square, very clean, free of corner bumps and edge dings; the head and heel of the spine are barely bumped, with slight color loss. The bottom edges have virtually no wear. The spine is clean and not faded and the lettering is intact and not worn. The lettering and images on the front panel are also completely intact and not worn. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. The text paper is moderately toned and slightly more heavily toned along the edges; the pages are still flexible and not brittle. There are no illustrations in this book. Both hinges are strong and not damaged in any way. The book has no remainder mark and is not a former library book. There is no series list in the book. The VG jacket is in one piece with very the spine. There are tiny chips at the bottom front corner and even smaller chips at the head and heel of the spine. This is a very colorful jacket--red, blue, black, reddish-brown, white plus purple. Unfortunately, the spine is faded. The rear panel lists all 5 books in this series.
