Quarterbound in brown cloth, marbled paper sides, large capital gilt title impressions on spine, this wonderful hardback book is in really excellent condition. Looks like its hardly been used or read. Comes with nice yellow coloured, with marble effect, box, slipcase, a couple of wee marks to edge of box. Normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. 238 pages all intact, all pages, text and illustrations are in excellent, clean, readable order. printed in Great Britain by Western printing Services Ltd, Bristol on special smooth book wove paper, set in ten point old style no. 2 type, leaded two points with Klang for display. Illustrations printed lithographically by Westerham press Ltd, Kent and Bound by The Pitman Press, Bath using Scholco Brillianta Cloth and printed paper sides. Another wonderful book from The Folio Society.
